Published at: 2022-11-21CPN-UML President KP Sharma Oli, who has become a candidate from Jhapa 5, has taken a wide lead in the initial count. Out of the 6215 votes counted so far, Oli has received 3212 votes. His closest competitor Khagendra Pandav Adhikari of Nepali Congress has got 1523 votes.
