Nepali Nurse dies of cancer in New York, family seeks support for repatriation

A Nepali nurse has passed away in America, succumbing to cancer in New York just six months after reaching in the country.

Identified as Inu Yolmo from Ilam, she breathed her last at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Following her demise, the family has mobilized support to bring her body back to Nepal for the final rites.

Inu had been experiencing severe abdominal pain, and upon undergoing medical examinations, she was diagnosed with colon cancer.
